We Amani’s care about your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with a purchase and you would like to return an unwanted item please send us an email with your order number to info@amanis.co.uk stating which item/items you would like to return with the reason for your return. It’s very important to us that you’re totally satisfied with your purchase; we accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your delivery. Returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original condition and packaging, with all tags if any are attached.
We will take action on your package as soon as we receive the item/items, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacements as soon as possible. If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will send you a refund receipt as soon as the refund has been processed.
Items should be returned new, unused, Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any accessories sold, as a part of the item should be included with your return.
Once the items have been delivered back we would do our best to refund you within the same day for the cost of the items that are returned excluding delivery cost.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refund/returns on Jewellery and Hijabs
