Delivery & Returns Policy

At Amani’s, we use a variety of delivery methods to ensure efficient service for your order. Most items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded or by courier. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within the UK, although most orders arrive within 2-3 days. For international orders, allow 13 working days, though they are often delivered within 7-10 days. If you need faster delivery, please contact us, and we’ll inform you of any additional cost for expedited shipping.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed by 3pm that are in stock will be dispatched the same or next working day. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know when we expect new stock to arrive, and you can decide whether to proceed or cancel the order.

Secure Delivery

All deliveries via Royal Mail and courier require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. If there is any damage to the parcel, note this next to your signature and describe the issue. Please provide a contact number when placing your order to allow us to reach you quickly if needed.

Tracking Your Order

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us at 02084703714 or email info@amanis.com. We will track your order and resolve any delivery issues as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we will send an email acknowledging receipt. After checking stock and prices, we’ll confirm when your order has been dispatched. If there are delays due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order. You’ll be given an estimated delivery date, and if it’s not suitable, you can cancel the order for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation.

Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery. To cancel, email or write to us explaining your reason. You must return the items at your own expense, ensuring they are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Once the items are returned, we will refund the full amount, excluding delivery charges.
